Any contract between 7 a person and the state, including the office of the chief 8 information officer, for the implementation of a new statewide 9 central personnel, accounting, and budget system signed on or 10 after October 30, 2019, is terminated due to lack of funds 11 pursuant to the terms of the contract. 12 Sec. 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.
