study

an
internet
exchange
point.
The
office
and
the

commission
shall
assess
a
timeline
to
construct
and
install
an

internet
exchange
point,
the
cost
to
construct
and
install
an

internet
exchange
point,
internet
exchange
point
maintenance

upgrades
