to
winning
participants

and
made

to
the
participants
in
advance
of

the
contest
and
do
not
exceed
a
total
of
one
thousand
dollars

or
equivalent
consideration,
all
winning
outcomes
reflect
17
the
relative
knowledge
and
skill
of
the
participants
and
18
shall
be
determined
by
accumulated
statistical
results
of
the
19
performance
of
individuals
in
events
occurring
over
more
than
20
a
twenty-four-hour
period,
including
athletes
in
the
case
of
21
sporting
events,
and
no
winning
outcome
is
solely
based
on
the
22
score,
point
spread,
or
any
performance
or
performances
of
23
any
single
actual
team
or
solely
on
any
single
performance
of
24
an
individual
athlete
or
player
in
any
single
actual
event.
