The
university
shall

prepare
a
report
of
its
assessment,
including
findings
and

recommendations,
which
shall
be
submitted
to
the
department,

the
governor,
and
the
general
assembly
not
later
than

management

the
department

provide
support
to
government
entities
seeking
to
receive

assistance
from
the
federal
emergency
management
agency
under

the
federal
building
resilient
infrastructure
and
communities

grant
program.

The
department
of
agricultural
and
land

stewardship
shall
expend
moneys
appropriated
in
this
Act
to

establish
and
maintain
an
electronic
case
management
system

accessible
via
the
department’s
internet
site.
The
electronic

case
management
system
shall
allow
a
person
to
view,
download,
6
or
print
documents
contained
in
a
case
file
compiled
when
the
7
department
conducts
an
investigation
of
a
possible
violation
of
8
section
206.11,
including
a
report
alleging
damages
caused
by
9
pesticide
drift
and
information
related
to
that
report.

GEOLOGICAL

SURVEY.
From
moneys
available
for
use
by
the
Iowa
geological

survey
of
the
state
as
created
within
the
state
university
of
15
Iowa
pursuant
to
section
456.1,
for
the
fiscal
year
beginning
16
July
1,
2020,
and
ending
June
30,
2021,
the
Iowa
geological
17
survey
shall
conduct
a
study
regarding
policies
to
further
the
18
beneficial
uses
of
groundwater,
including
but
not
limited
to
19
the
process
of
approving
permits
to
withdraw
groundwater.
The
20
department
shall
submit
a
report
concerning
findings
and
any
21
recommendations
to
the
governor
and
general
assembly
not
later
22
than
January
15,
2021.
