recruitment
fund
is
created
in

treasury
as
a
separate
fund
under
the
control
of
the

deposit
of
moneys
appropriated
to
or
received

by
the
commission
for
use
under
the
program.
Notwithstanding

8.33
,
any
balance
in
the
fund
on
June
30
of
any
fiscal

year
shall
not
revert
to
the
general
fund
of
the
state
but

shall
remain
in
the
fund
and
be
continuously
available
for
loan

forgiveness
repayment
under
the
program.
