CONTINGENT IMPLEMENTATION. 18 1. Of the amount appropriated in this division of this 19 Act, $11,400,000 shall be expended to provide for managed care 20 organization incentive payments only following verification 21 by the department of human services that payment of all 22 clean claims for services billed by Medicaid providers on or 23 before June 30, 2019, have been paid in full by the respective 24 Medicaid managed care organization. 25 2. Of the amount appropriated in this division of this 26 Act, $105,907,245 shall be expended to provide for managed 27 care organization capitation rate increases only following 28 verification by the department of human services that payment 29 of all clean claims for services billed by Medicaid providers 30 on or before June 30, 2019, have been paid in full by the 31 respective Medicaid managed care organization. 32 Sec. ___. EFFECTIVE DATE. This division of this Act, being 33 deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment. 34 Sec. ___. RETROACTIVE APPLICABILITY.
