the

reimbursement
rate
for
a
group
foster
care
service

level
shall
be
the
amount
designated
in
this
subsection.

However,
if
a
group
foster
care
provider’s
reimbursement
rate

for
a
service
level
as
of
June
30,
2018,
is
more
than
the
rate

designated
in
this
subsection,
the
provider’s
reimbursement

shall
remain
at
the
higher
rate.

Unless
a

foster
care
provider
is

reimbursement
rates
for
the
service
levels

reimbursement
methodology

health

care
delivery
system”
means
an
Iowa
nonprofit
corporation

that
controls,
directly
or
indirectly,
a
regional
health
26
care
network
consisting
of
hospital
facilities
and
various
27
ambulatory
and
clinic
locations
that
provide
a
range
of
28
primary,
secondary,
and
tertiary
inpatient,
outpatient,
and
29
physician
services.
