APPROPRIATION
REDUCTION

REALLOCATION.
The

department
of
inspections
and
appeals
shall
reduce

appropriations
made
in
this
section
by
$101,591.

Notwithstanding
section
8.39
,
the
department
of
inspections
and

appeals,
in
consultation
with
the
department
of
management,
may

reallocate
moneys
appropriated
in
this
section
as
necessary

to
best
fulfill
the
needs
of
the
department
provided
for
in
