Section 22.7, subsection 50, Code 2017, is 4 amended to read as follows: 5 50. Information and records concerning physical 6 infrastructure, cyber security, critical infrastructure, 7 security procedures , or emergency preparedness information 8 developed , and maintained , or held by a government body 9 for the protection of governmental employees, visitors to 10 the government body, persons in the care, custody, or under 11 the control of the government body, or property under the 12 jurisdiction of the government body life or property , if 13 disclosure could reasonably be expected to jeopardize such 14 employees, visitors, persons, life or property. 15 a. Such information includes and records include but is are 16 not limited to information directly related to vulnerability 17 assessments; information contained in records relating to 18 security measures such as security and response plans, security 19 codes and combinations, passwords, restricted area passes, 20 keys, and security or response procedures; emergency response 21 protocols; and information contained in records that if 22 disclosed would significantly increase the vulnerability of 23 critical physical systems or infrastructures of a government 24 body to attack. 25 b. This subsection shall only apply to information held by 26 a government body that has adopted a rule or policy identifying 27 the specific records or class of records to which this 28 subsection applies and which is contained in such a record. 29 b. For purposes of this subsection, “cyber security 30 information and records” include but are not limited to 31 information and records relating to cyber security defenses, 32 threats, attacks, or general attempts to attack cyber system 33 operations. 34 2.
