The state fire 6 marshal shall provide training to all local fire 7 protection service providers within the state relating 8 to fireworks handling, inspection, and emergency 9 response, for the administration and enforcement of 10 this Act. The state fire marshal shall provide the 11 training as required in this division no later than 12 July 1, 2018. 13 DIVISION IV 14 EFFECTIVE DATES 15 Sec. ___. EFFECTIVE UPON ENACTMENT. Division III 16 of this Act, being deemed of immediate importance, 17 takes effect upon enactment. 18 Sec. ___. EFFECTIVE DATE. Divisions I and II of 19 this Act take effect July 1, 2018. > 20 2.
