Page 49, after line 18 by inserting: 13 < Sec. ___. 2017 Iowa Acts, chapter 174, section 74, is 14 amended to read as follows: 15 SEC. 74. EFFECTIVE UPON ENACTMENT. The following 16 provisions of this division of this Act, being deemed of 17 immediate importance, take effect upon enactment: 18 1. The provision relating to section 232.141 and directing 19 the state court administrator and the division administrator of 20 the department of human services division of child and family 21 services to make the determination, by June 15, 2018, of the 22 distribution of funds allocated for the payment of the expenses 23 of court-ordered services provided to juveniles which are a 24 charge upon the state. 25 2. The review by the department of human services of all 26 current Medicaid fee schedules and the prohibition against the 27 implementation of any multiple provider payment reductions or 28 other payment reductions related to Medicare fee schedules 29 or other reimbursement methodologies for specific services, 30 pending the completion and delivery of the report regarding the 31 review. 32 Sec. ___. 2017 Iowa Acts, chapter 174, is amended by adding 33 the following new section: 34 NEW SECTION . 74A.
