aerial
vehicle”
means
a
vehicle
or
device

uses
aerodynamic
forces
to
achieve
flight
and
is
piloted

remotely.

A
person
shall
not
operate
an
unmanned
aerial
vehicle

the
unmanned
aerial
vehicle
is
operating

and
