to determine how often a licensee must receive continuing 1 education credits. 2 2. The rules established pursuant to this section shall 3 include the option for a licensee to attest as part of the 4 license renewal process that the licensee is not subject to the 5 requirement to receive continuing education credits pursuant 6 to this section, due to the fact that the licensee did not 7 prescribe opioids to a patient during the previous licensure 8 cycle. > 9 11.
