this
section,
“industry

sector

Act.

An
industry
or
sector
partnership
task
force
is

established
consisting
of
the
following
members:

(1)
The
director
of
the
department
of
education
or
the
14
director’s
designee.
The
director
shall
not
designate
for
15
this
position
the
same
individual
designated
pursuant
to
16
subparagraph
(3)
or
(4).

(2)
Two
representatives
of
the
department
of
workforce
18
development
appointed
by
the
director
of
the
department.
19
(3)
The
director
of
the
department
for
the
blind
or
the
20
director’s
designee.
21
(4)
The
administrator
of
the
division
of
vocational
22
rehabilitation
services
of
the
department
of
education
or
the
23
administrator’s
designee.

(5)
The
administrator
of
the
division
of
community
colleges

of
the
department
of
education
or
the
administrator’s
designee.

(6)
Two
superintendents,
or
the
superintendents’

the
task
force
shall
also

the
general
assembly.
The
legislative
members

serve

nonvoting
members

the
task
force,

the

majority
leader
of
the
senate,
the
minority
leader
of
the

senate,
the
speaker
of
the
house
of
representatives,
and
the

minority
leader
of
the
house
of
representatives.

The
ex
officio,
nonvoting
members
of
the
task
force

appointed
by
the
majority
leader
of
the
senate
and
the
speaker

the
house
of
representatives
shall
serve
as
cochairpersons

of
the
task
force.

The
cochairpersons
of
the
task
force
shall
jointly

convene
the
task
force.
The
task
force
shall
make

recommendations
for
improving
operating
efficiencies
of

industry
or
sector
partnerships
in
this
state.
The
task
force
16
shall
submit
its
findings
and
recommendations
in
a
report
to
17
the
governor
and
the
general
assembly
no
later
than
December
18
31,
2018.
