the

of

the
student
is
a
veteran
who
is

eligible
for
benefits,
or
has
exhausted
the
benefits,
under
the

federal
Post-9/11
Veterans
Educational
Assistance
Act
of
2008;

who
is
not
a
convicted
felon
as
defined
in
section
910.15;
and
20
who
meets
any
of
the
following
criteria:

Is
the
child
of
a
peace
officer,
as
defined
in

who
was
killed
in
the

of
duty

determined
by
