An abortion is performed when the attending physician 14 certifies that continuing the pregnancy would endanger the life 15 or health of the pregnant woman. 16 b. An abortion is performed when the attending physician 17 certifies that the fetus has a fetal anomaly. 18 c. An abortion is performed when the attending physician 19 certifies the pregnancy is the result of incest. 20 d. An abortion is performed when the attending physician 21 certifies the pregnancy is the result of rape. 22 e. An abortion is performed when the pregnant woman has a 23 condition which the physician deems a medical emergency. 24 f. A medical procedure is necessary which in the physician’s 25 reasonable medical judgment is designed to or intended to 26 prevent the death or to preserve the life of the pregnant 27 woman. 28 g.
