A county shall not adopt, 8 enforce, or otherwise administer an ordinance, motion, 9 resolution, or amendment that mandates or results in 10 the addition of parties or terms to a private civil or 11 private contractual relationship without the consent of 12 all proposed parties to the relationship. 13 b. An ordinance, motion, resolution, or amendment 14 adopted prior to the effective date of this Act that 15 violates this subsection is void and unenforceable on 16 and after the effective date of this Act. > 17 ___.
