The state 4 commissioner of elections shall, in consultation 5 with relevant stakeholder groups, conduct a 6 long-term study of the potential impacts of voter 7 identification requirements on voter registration, 8 voter participation, voting methods, voting dates, 9 and voting times among minority communities in this 10 state at all elections. The state commissioner of 11 elections shall submit a report to the general assembly 12 and to the chairs and ranking members of the standing 13 committees on state government by January 15, 2018. 14 Sec. 2. WOMEN VOTERS IMPACT STUDY. The state 15 commissioner of elections shall, in consultation 16 with relevant stakeholder groups, conduct a 17 long-term study of the potential impacts of voter 18 identification requirements on voter registration, 19 voter participation, voting methods, voting dates, 20 and voting times among women in this state at all 21 elections. RURAL VOTERS IMPACT STUDY. STUDENT IMPACT STUDY.
