As used in this section, unless the context 5 otherwise requires: 6 a. (1) “Container” means a tank used for 7 transporting or storing anhydrous ammonia. 8 (2) “Container” does not include a pressure vessel 9 having one thousand pounds of water capacity or less, 10 if constructed in accordance with specifications for 11 cylinders and authorized for transportation by the 12 United States department of transportation under 49 13 C.F.R. pts. 100-180. 14 b. “Nurse tank” means a container having a capacity 15 of three thousand gallons or less, if the container 16 is used for transporting anhydrous ammonia containing 17 two-tenths of one percent water and the anhydrous 18 ammonia is exclusively used for application on land for 19 agricultural purposes. 20 2. On and after June 1, 2017, a nurse tank shall 21 not be manufactured in this state, and shall not be 22 imported for use in this state, unless a full postweld 23 heat treatment manufacturing method has been used. 24 3. The department of agriculture and land 25 stewardship shall adopt rules required to implement, 26 administer, and enforce this section. > 27 2.
