1.
For
the
school
budget
year
beginning
July
5
1,
2017,
and
succeeding
budget
years,
the
board
of

directors
of
a
school
district,
on
or
before
May
15
7
preceding
the
budget
year,
may
adopt
a
resolution
8
authorizing
the
school
district
to
use,
notwithstanding
9
any
provision
of
law
to
the
contrary,
all
or
a
portion
10
of
the
moneys
received
by
the
school
district
for
11
that
budget
year
as
the
result
of
the
teacher
salary
12
supplement,
the
professional
development
supplement,
13
the
early
intervention
supplement,
and
the
teacher
14
leadership
supplement
for
any
school
district
general
15
fund
purpose.

2.
Within
ten
days
of
adopting
the
resolution
under
17
subsection
1,
the
board
of
directors
of
the
school
18
district
shall
file
a
copy
of
the
resolution
with
19
the
department
of
management
and
the
department
of
20
education.
