An address confidentiality program revolving 26 fund is created in the state treasury. The fund 27 shall consist of moneys collected by the clerk of the 28 district court and transferred to the office of the 29 secretary of state for deposit in the fund pursuant 30 to section 602.8108, subsection 6A , and transfers of 31 interest, earnings, and moneys from other funds as 32 provided by law . The moneys in the fund are subject 33 to appropriation to the office of the secretary of 34 state by the general assembly. The office of the 35 secretary of state shall administer the fund. The 36 office of the secretary of state shall provide an 37 annual report to the department of management and 38 the legislative services agency on expenditures from 39 the fund in a format as determined by the department 40 of management in consultation with the legislative 41 services agency. 42 Sec. ___.
