legal
interest
in

agricultural
land
used
in
farming.
To
every
extent

practical,
the
division
shall
provide
for
collaborative

participation
by
such
persons
who
hold
a
legal

interest
in
agricultural
land
located
within
the
same

subwatershed.

c.
The
division
shall
implement
a
demonstration

project
on
a
cost-share
basis
as
determined

the

state’s
share

amount

estimated
