medication

supervision
of
a
licensed

physician
pursuant
to
this
chapter.

5.
“Practice
of
psychology”
means
the
application
22
of
established
principles
of
learning,
motivation,
23
perception,
thinking,
and
emotional
relations
to
24
problems
of
behavior
adjustment,
group
relations,
and
25
behavior
modification,
by
persons
trained
in
psychology
26
for
compensation
or
other
personal
gain.
The

application
of
principles
includes
,
but

not
limited

Counseling

post-doctoral

the

program

coursework

neuroscience,

relevant

the

completed

experience

practicum

practicum

board

the

under

provision
does

not
relieve
the
psychologist
from
liability

the

applicant
for

board,
which
shall

Comply

applicable
state

federal
laws.

identified
as
issued
by
the
psychologist
as

prescribe”.

c.
Include
the
psychologist’s
board-assigned

identification
number.

A
prescribing
psychologist
or
a
psychologist

conditional
prescription
certificate
shall
not

delegate
prescriptive
authority
to
any
other
person.

Records
of
all
prescriptions
shall
be
maintained
in

patient

When
authorized

controlled
