board

place

sentenced

paragraph
“a”
,
“b”
,
or
“c”
,
if

the
person
is
not
classified
a
high
risk
to
reoffend

and
the
person
has
served
at
least
one-half
of
the
23
minimum
period
of
confinement
prescribed
under
section
24
124.413.
