Page 2, before line 2 by inserting: 3 < (3) Requirements that the managing pharmacy 4 demonstrate to the board that there is limited access 5 to pharmacy services in the community where the 6 telepharmacy site is located. 7 (a) The managing pharmacy shall submit information 8 demonstrating the need for the telepharmacy site 9 upon initial application for a special or limited-use 10 pharmacy license for the telepharmacy site. 11 (b) The board shall consider the availability of 12 pharmacists in the community, whether the request is 13 for availability of patient care in a critical access 14 area or is solely for the benefit of the managing 15 pharmacy, whether any benefit to the managing pharmacy 16 will balance the benefit to the patients of the 17 telepharmacy site, the population of the community to 18 be served by the remote site, and the need for the 19 service. > 20 2.
