Licensed
psychologists
eligible
for
payment.

The
department
shall
adopt
rules
pursuant
to
chapter

entitling
psychologists
who
are
licensed
pursuant

to
chapter
154B
and
psychologists
who
are
licensed
in

the
state
where
the
services
are
provided
and
have
a
12
doctorate
degree
in
psychology,
have
had
at
least
two
13
years
of
clinical
experience
in
a
recognized
health
14
setting,
or
have
met
the
standards
of
a
national
15
register
of
health
service
providers
in
psychology,
to
16
payment
for
services
provided
to
recipients
of
medical
17
assistance,
subject
to
limitations
and
exclusions
the
18
department
finds
necessary
on
the
basis
of
federal
laws
19
and
regulations
and
of
funds
available
for
the
medical
20
assistance
program.
