SWIMMING
POOLS
——
PRIVATE

SWIMMING
LESSONS.
Notwithstanding
any
provision
of
21
law
to
the
contrary,
the
department
of
public
health
22
shall
require
that
a
residential
swimming
pool
used
23
for
private
swimming
lessons
for
up
to
two
hundred
24
seven
hours
in
a
calendar
month,
or
the
number
of
25
hours
prescribed
by
local
ordinance
applicable
to
26
such
use
of
a
residential
swimming
pool,
whichever
is
27
greater,
be
regulated
as
a
residential
swimming
pool
28
used
for
commercial
purposes
pursuant
to
chapter
135I.
29
The
department
of
public
health
may
adopt
rules
to
30
implement
this
section.

EFFECTIVE
UPON
ENACTMENT.
The
following

provision
of
this
Act,

deemed
