(7) Intentionally viewing, 10 photographing, or filming another person through the 11 window or any other aperture of a dwelling, without 12 legitimate purpose, while present on the real property 13 upon which the dwelling is located, if the person 14 being viewed, photographed, or filmed has a reasonable 15 expectation of privacy, and if the person being viewed, 16 photographed, or filmed does not consent or cannot 17 consent to being viewed, photographed, or filmed. 18 Sec. ___. Section 716.8, subsection 1, Code 2015, 19 is amended to read as follows: 20 1.
