Of the moneys appropriated in section 3, subsection 5, paragraph “a”, of this division of this 2011 Act as amended by 2012 Iowa Acts, chapter 1140, section 17, and 2013 Iowa Acts, chapter 142, section 47, on June 30, 2016, an amount equal to $2,992,416 shall be transferred to the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund created in section 8.57. > 19.
