The 27 Code editor shall revise the applicable Code language 28 to that language existing in the 2013 Code of Iowa. 29 2. The sections of this Act enacting section 175.2, 30 subsection 1, paragraphs “0h”, “0t”, “00t”, and “v”, 31 section 175.36A, section 175.36B, section 175.38, and 32 section 175.39, are repealed. 33 3. Any intervening amendments effective prior to 34 the effective date of this division of this Act that 35 relates to the beginning farmer tax credit program 36 shall be stricken with the repeal, unless a subsequent 37 Act specifically provides otherwise. 38 Sec. ___. PRESERVATION OF EXISTING RIGHTS. 39 This division of this Act shall not limit, modify, 40 or otherwise adversely affect any of the following: 41 1. A tax credit or tax credit certificate issued, 42 awarded, or allowed before the effective date of this 43 division of this Act. 44 2. A taxpayer’s right to claim or redeem a tax 45 credit issued, awarded, or allowed before the effective 46 date of this division of this Act, including but not 47 limited to any tax credit carryforward amount. 48 Sec. ___. propose legislation to the general assembly necessary 1 to implement this division of this Act. The Iowa 2 finance authority shall propose such legislation for 3 consideration by the general assembly during its 2017 4 legislative session. 5 Sec. ___. EFFECTIVE DATES. 6 1. Except as provided in subsection 2, this 7 division of this Act takes effect December 31, 2017. 8 2.
