13B.
Conclusion
of
family

assessment.
At

conclusion
of
a
family
assessment,

department
shall
transfer

case,
if
appropriate,

a
contracted
provider
to
review
the
service
plan

contracted
provider
shall

make
a
referral
to

department
abuse
hotline
if

family’s
noncompliance
