the

issues,
or
concerns
regarding

communications,
interoperability,
and
other

matters
applicable
to
emergency
E911
communications

and
migration
to
an
internet
protocol-enabled
next

generation
network.
The
person
designated
as
the
35
single
point-of-contact
shall
be
responsible
for
36
facilitating
the
communication
of
such
needs,
issues,
37
or
concerns
between
public
or
private
safety
agencies
38
within
the
service
area,
the
E911
program
manager,
39
the
E911
communications
council,
the
statewide
40
interoperable
communications
system
board
established
41
in
section
80.28,
and
any
other
person,
entity,
or
42
agency
the
person
deems
necessary
or
appropriate.

The
person
designated
shall
also
be
responsible
for

responding
to
surveys

requests

information

area
