jurisdiction

code

A
local
jurisdiction
with

population
of
more

fifteen
thousand
that
has
not
adopted
by
ordinance

the

plumbing
code

shall

2016,
to
do
so.
Cities
that

have
adopted
a
plumbing
code
or
mechanical
code
as

the
effective
date
of
this
Act
shall
have
until

December
31,
2016,
to
adopt
the
state
plumbing
code
or

mechanical
code
in
lieu
thereof.
