For
fiscal
years
beginning,
on
or
after
July

1,
2015,
here
is
appropriated
from
the
general
fund

of
the
state
for
each
fiscal
year
an
amount
equal

to
three
and
seventy-nine
hundredths
percent
of
the

covered
earnable
compensation
to
be
distributed
to
the
10
statewide
fire
and
police
retirement
system,
or
to
the
11
cities
participating
in
the
system,
to
finance
the
cost
12
of
benefits
provided
in
this
chapter
by
amendments
of
13
the
Acts
of
the
Sixty-sixth
General
Assembly,
chapter
14
1089.
The
method
of
distribution
shall
be
determined

by
the
board
of
trustees
based
on
information
provided
16
by
the
actuary
of
the
statewide
retirement
system.
