NEW SECTION . 802.2B Other sexual 5 offenses. 6 An information or indictment for the following 7 offenses committed on or with a person who is under the 8 age of eighteen years shall be found within ten years 9 after the person upon whom the offense is committed 10 attains eighteen years of age, or if the person 11 against whom the information or indictment is sought 12 is identified through the use of a DNA profile, an 13 information or indictment shall be found within three 14 years from the date the person is identified by the 15 person’s DNA profile, whichever is later: 16 1. Lascivious acts with a child in violation of 17 section 709.8. 18 2. Assault with intent to commit sexual abuse in 19 violation of section 709.11. 20 3. Indecent contact with a child in violation of 21 section 709.12. 22 4. Lascivious conduct with a minor in violation of 23 section 709.14. 24 5. Sexual misconduct with a juvenile in violation 25 of section 709.16, subsection 2. 26 6. Sexual exploitation of a minor in violation of 27 section 728.12. > 28 2.
