extent

funds

department
shall
not
redetermine
the

eligibility
of
a
program
participant
more
frequently

than
every
twelve
months.

STATE
CHILD
CARE
ASSISTANCE
APPLICATIONS

MOBILE
DEVICES.

1.
The
department
of
human
services
shall
review

the
application
form
and
other
elements
of
the
process

used
by
applicants
to
apply
for
the
state
child
care

assistance
program.
The
purpose
of
the
review
is
to

simplify
the
process
by
eliminating
requirements
to
43
provide
unneeded
or
redundant
information
and
improving
44
the
wording
of
the
application,
and
identifying
other
45
options
for
improvement.
The
department
shall
report
46
the
results
of
the
review
to
the
governor
and
general
47
assembly
on
or
before
December
1,
2014.

The
department
shall
implement
an
application

process
enhancement
so
that
applicants

the
