SYSTEM.
The
director
of
the
department
of

services
shall
select
and
implement
a

new
payroll
system
for
state
executive
branch
agencies,

under
the
control
of
the
state

board

regents.

cooperate
in
the
transition

to
the
payroll
system
selected

department

services

REPORTS.
The

department
of
administrative
services
shall
submit
17
annual
status
reports
to
the
general
assembly
18
concerning
the
development
and
implementation
of
the
19
new
human
resource
management
system,
including
the
20
payroll
system,
as
provided
in
this
division
of
this
21
Act.
The
department
shall
submit
an
annual
status
22
report
to
the
general
assembly
by
January
1
of
each
23
calendar
year
beginning
in
calendar
year
2014
until
the
24
new
human
resource
management
system
and
payroll
system
25
are
selected
and
implemented.
Each
status
report
26
shall
include
plain
language
comprehensive
budget
and
27
financial
information
relative
to
the
personnel
and
28
infrastructure
costs
incurred
for
implementation
of
29
the
systems
as
well
as
projected
budget
information
30
relative
to
the
implementation
of
each
system
for
the
31
next
succeeding
fiscal
year.
Budget
information
in
32
each
status
report
shall
provide
information
relative
33
to
any
direct
personnel
and
infrastructure
costs
34
to
be
incurred
by
the
department
of
administrative
35
services
in
the
next
succeeding
fiscal
year
for
36
implementing
each
new
system
and
costs
to
be
charged
by
37
the
department
to
executive
branch
agencies
for
each
38
system.
The
department
shall
submit
a
final
report
to
39
the
general
assembly
upon
selection
and
implementation
40
of
the
new
human
resource
management
system
and
payroll

system.
