The department shall submit all of the 7 following to the governor and the generally assembly: 8 a. Biennially, a report of the results of a review, 9 by county and region, of mental health services 10 previously funded through taxes levied by counties 11 pursuant to section 331.424A, that are funded during 12 the reporting period under the healthy Iowa plan. 13 b. Annually, a report of the results of a review 14 of the outcomes and effectiveness of mental health 15 services provided under the healthy Iowa plan. 16 c. Annually, an analysis of whether the amount 17 distributed by each county to the treasurer of 18 state pursuant to section 249N.10, subsection 1, is 19 commensurate with the cost of mental health services 20 being provided under the healthy Iowa plan. > 21 3.
