appointed
members
of
the
agricultural

development
board
shall
be
appointed

retain

Not

than

the

party.

possible
the
governor
shall
include

membership
persons
who
represent
financial

institutions
experienced
in
agricultural
lending,

farmers,

officials,
agricultural

educators,
and
other

specially
interested
in

family
farm
development.

c.
Members
shall

for
staggered

years
beginning
and
ending
as
provided
in
section

A
person
appointed
to
fill
a
vacancy
shall
22
serve
only
for
the
unexpired
portion
of
the
member’s

term.
A
member
is
eligible
for
reappointment.
An

appointed
member
may
be
removed
from
office
by
the
25
governor
for
misfeasance,
malfeasance,
willful
neglect
26
of
duty,
or
other
just
cause,
after
notice
and
hearing,

unless
the
notice
and
hearing
is
expressly
waived
in

agricultural
development
board
shall
conduct

to

following:

Three
appointed
members

quorum
and

the
board.
A
majority
of

shall

not
include

has
a
conflict
of
interest

a

conclusive
for
this
purpose.
A

vacancy
in
the
membership
does
not
impair
the
right
of

quorum
to
exercise

rights
and
perform
all

Meetings

the
board
shall
be

the
call

chairperson
or
whenever

appointed

The
