.
d.
In
coordination
with
the

natural
resources
and

of

agriculture
and
land
stewardship,
the
council
shall

review,
amend,
and
approve
the
state
nutrient
reduction
37
strategy.
In
reviewing
and
approving
the
strategy,
the
38
council
shall
ensure
that
all
concerns
raised
by
the
39
United
States
environmental
protection
agency
regarding
40
the
strategy
are
addressed.
The
department
of
natural
41
resources
and
the
department
of
land
stewardship
shall
42
include
in
the
final
strategy
any
changes
recommended

by
the
council.
In
coordination
with
the
department
of

natural
resources
and
the
department
of
agriculture
and

land
stewardship,
the
council
shall
provide
oversight

implementation
