undersigned

conference
committee
appointed

resolve

the
department’s
antibullying
programming
and
current
and
projected
expenditures
for
such
programming
for
the
fiscal
year
beginning
July
1,
2014.

department
shall
administer
and
distribute
to
school
districts
and
accredited
nonpublic
schools,
without
cost
to
the
school
districts
and
accredited
nonpublic
schools,
an
early
warning
assessment
system
that
allows
teachers
to
screen
and
monitor
student
literacy
skills
from
prekindergarten
through
grade
six.
