CCS-2347 REPORT OF THE CONFERENCE COMMITTEE ON SENATE FILE 2347 To the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives: We, the undersigned members of the conference committee appointed to resolve the differences between the Senate and House of Representatives on Senate File 2347, a bill for an Act relating to the funding of, the operation of, and appropriation of moneys to the college student aid commission, the department for the blind, the department of education, and the state board of regents, and providing for related matters, respectfully make the following report: 1.
