If a person is arrested and all counts and 8 related charges are later dismissed, or the person is 9 found not guilty on all counts and related charges 10 stemming from the arrest, or the person is not 11 subsequently charged with a crime after the arrest, the 12 court’s criminal record relating to the arrest, counts, 13 and charges shall be expunged. 14 3.
