The moneys shall 16 be used to support a nationally recognized program 17 that began in 1986 and has been replicated in at 18 least 30 other states, but which is not available 19 through any other entity in this state, and that 20 provides assistance to farmers with disabilities in 21 all 99 counties to allow the farmers to remain in 22 their own homes and be gainfully engaged in farming 23 through provision of agricultural worksite and home 24 modification consultations, peer support services, 25 services to families, information and referral, and 26 equipment loan services.
