Section 162.11, Code 2011, is amended 3 by adding the following new subsection: 4 NEW SUBSECTION . 4. This chapter does not apply to 5 a commercial kennel which provides training services 6 for dogs or cats, if all of the following conditions 7 are satisfied: 8 a. The owners of the dogs or cats are present at 9 all times when the training services are performed. 10 b. The commercial kennel is not otherwise subject 11 to this chapter. > 12 2.
