Notwithstanding section 35A.11, the 5 commission of veterans affairs may allocate up to 6 fifty thousand dollars from the veterans license fee 7 fund created in section 35A.11 to the department of 8 transportation for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 9 2012, and ending June 30, 2013, or so much thereof as 10 is necessary, to be used for the implementation of this 11 Act.
