Section 455G.4, subsection 1, paragraph 7 a, subparagraphs (4) and (5), Code Supplement 2011, are 8 amended to read as follows: 9 (4) Two Three public members appointed by the 10 governor and confirmed by the senate to staggered 11 four-year terms, except that, of the first members 12 appointed, one public member shall be appointed for a 13 term of two years and one for a term of four years. A 14 public member shall have experience, knowledge, and 15 expertise of the subject matter embraced within this 16 chapter .
