Section 232.102, subsection 10, Code 4 2011, is amended by adding the following new paragraph: 5 NEW PARAGRAPH . c. If the department, social worker 6 or caseworker, juvenile court officer, or other agency 7 licensed by the state to conduct a social investigation 8 and prepare a social report makes a recommendation 9 regarding placement of a child pursuant to a temporary 10 removal hearing under section 232.95, adjudicatory 11 hearing under section 232.96, or transfer of legal 12 custody proceeding under subsection 5 of this section, 13 the department, social worker or case worker, juvenile 14 court officer, or other agency shall first consider and 15 provide information on the stability of the child’s 16 home. >> 17 2.
