Notwithstanding

614.8,
subsection

for
actions
in
this
chapter,

the
time
to
file
an
action
relating
to
sexual
abuse

which
occurred
when
the
injured
person
was
a
minor,
is

extended
ten
years
beyond
the
minor’s
attainment
of
13
eighteen
years
of
age.

2.
An
action
for
damages
for
injury
suffered
as
a
15
result
of
sexual
abuse
which
occurred
when
the
injured
16
person
was
a
child,
but
not
discovered
until
after
the
17
injured
person
is
of
the
age
of
majority,
shall
be
18
brought
within
four
years
from
the
time
of
discovery
19
by
the
injured
party
of
both
the
injury
and
the
causal
20
relationship
between
the
injury
and
the
sexual
abuse.
21
However,
an
action
shall
not
be
brought
under
this
22
subsection
more
than
twenty
years
beyond
the
child’s
23
attainment
of
eighteen
years
of
age
against
an
employer
24
or
institution
based
upon
vicarious
liability.

Dissemination
by

young
persons
of
material
depicting
a
sex
act
or
nudity.

1.
Any
person
fourteen
through
eighteen
years
28
of
age
who
knowingly
disseminates
to
another
person

fourteen
through
eighteen
years
of
age
material
30
depicting
either
or
both
persons,
one
of
whom
is
a
31
minor,
engaged
in
a
sex
act
or
in
a
state
of
full
or
32
partial
nudity,
as
defined
in
section
709.21,
commits
a
33
simple
misdemeanor.

2.
A
person
convicted
under
this
section
shall
not
35
be
required
to
register
as
a
sex
offender
under
chapter
36
692A.

Sec.

2011,
is
amended
by

adding
the
following
new
subsection:

violation
of
this
section

does
not
apply
to
a
person
fourteen
through
eighteen

the

circumstances

a.
The
material
was
disseminated
to
a
person

through
eighteen
years
of
age.

b.
The
material
depicts
the
sender,
recipient,
or

both,
one
of
whom
is
a
minor,
engaged
in
a
prohibited

sex
act
or
in
the
simulation
of
a
prohibited
sex
act.

c.
The
material
was
knowingly
created
with
the
49
consent
of
the
persons
depicted.
