follows:

tax
relief

for
taxpayers
by
refunding
amounts

remitted

utility
customers
in
the
form
of
increased

utility
rates
imposed
to
finance
the
permitting,

licensing,
and
construction
of
a
nuclear
generating
6
facility
which
may
be
approved
by
the
governing
body
7
regulating
utilities
in
this
state
after
March
1,
8
2012.
In
the
event
that
two-thirds
of
the
members
9
elected
to
each
house
of
the
general
assembly
vote
to
10
reject
utilization
of
moneys
in
the
trust
fund
for
11
this
purpose,
moneys
shall
be
used
in
accordance
with
12
appropriations
made
for
purposes
of
providing
tax
13
relief
