all
workers
employed

by
the
contractor
or
subcontractor
on
the
public

improvement.
The
records
shall
include
each
worker’s

name,
address,
telephone
number
when
available,

security
number,
trade
classification,
and
the
starting

ending
time
of
employment.

Any
person
or
entity
that
violates
the

provisions
of
this
section
is
subject
to
a
civil

penalty
in
an
amount

exceed

thousand
dollars

violation

in
a
first
investigation
by

division,

five
thousand
dollars

for
each

review
